General Terms and Conditions

§ 1) Validity

The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between by Mimil and its customers. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. The mere inspection of our website is non-binding and does not constitute a legal relationship.

§ 2) Offer

All prices are quoted in the currency chosen by the customer inkl. VAT. The listed prices, product illustrations and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery periods, availability and errors excepted.

§ 3) Delivery periods

Products in stock with us are generally processed within 3 to 5 days of receipt of payment. Products ordered will be delivered in accordance with the agreement made with the customer. Delays due to unavailability from suppliers or missing information on the part of the customer do not give rise to any claims.

§ 4) Shipping

The shipping costs are calculated according to package weight and shown accordingly in the ordering process.

§ 5) Payment

Payment for goods ordered from by Mimil is made in advance. Upon confirmation of the order, the customer will receive an email with payment details.

§ 6) Warranty

The supplier undertakes to exercise due care and to deliver the products within a reasonable time.

The guarantee expires 7 days after receipt of the product. It is limited exclusively to any manufacturing defect which can reasonably be shown to render the use of the object in its defined function impossible. Defects and malfunctions caused to the product during use or improper storage, such as natural wear and tear, improper handling or attempts to dismantle or repair the product, are excluded from the warranty.

§ 7) Right of return

Products with quality defects are to be returned to us within 7 days after prior consultation in unused, faultless condition and the original packaging at your own expense.

§ 8) Legal notice

Place of jurisdiction is 1732 Arconciel. Swiss law applies exclusively.
